Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 29, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, or participating in the CEO VIP Day Summit 2025 ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This Event is presented by Northwestern Mutual and organized in partnership with GOAT University. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register for or attend the Event.
2. Event Registration and Payment
Day 1 - November 13, 2025
Day 1 is complimentary for existing clients and partners. Registration is required and subject to approval. This day includes a VIP luncheon with Northwestern Mutual, panels on finance, growth, and leadership, and breakout workshops.
Day 2 - November 14, 2025
Day 2 is limited to 20 clients and requires payment of $2,500. This intensive day includes Q1 planning, brand audit, holiday campaign refinement, professional content creation (photography, videography, and 10 pieces of ad-ready EPK content), and a post-event actionable plan.
GOAT University Membership
GOAT University membership is available for $99/month and provides access to our entrepreneurial ecosystem, educational resources, networking opportunities, and exclusive content. This is a recurring subscription that can be cancelled at any time.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Event Cancellation by Attendee
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the Event is cancelled by the organizers for any reason, all paid registrants will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
GOAT University Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your GOAT University subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, location, format, or content at any time without prior notice. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of significant changes, we are not liable for any inconvenience or costs resulting from such changes.
5. Attendee Conduct
All attendees must comply with our Code of Conduct. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
- Disruptive behavior during sessions or activities
- Unauthorized recording or photography
- Solicitation or unauthorized promotion of products or services
- Violation of venue rules or policies
We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct without refund.
6. Photography and Media Rights
By attending the Event, you grant us and our partners (including Northwestern Mutual and GOAT University) the right to photograph, film, and record you during the Event. You consent to the use of your name, likeness, voice, and statements in any photographs, videos, or other media for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without compensation. Day 2 attendees will receive professional content created specifically for their brands, which they may use freely for their own business purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, materials, handouts, and recordings, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Event content without express written permission. Content created specifically for Day 2 attendees as part of their paid experience is provided for their exclusive business use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Event, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Technical difficulties or service interruptions
- Actions or omissions of other attendees
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to register for the Event.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the CEO VIP Day Summit, Northwestern Mutual, GOAT University, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your attendance at or participation in the Event, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, labor disputes, or technical failures.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
12. Ticket Transfer
Event registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizers. Any unauthorized transfer may result in cancellation of registration without refund. Approved transfers may be subject to an administrative fee.
13. Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event. We may implement health and safety measures as required by local regulations or our own policies. By attending, you agree to comply with all such measures. If you have any health conditions that may affect your participation, please inform us in advance.
14. Networking and Business Opportunities
While the Event provides networking opportunities, we make no guarantees regarding business relationships, partnerships, or outcomes resulting from Event participation. Any business dealings between attendees are solely between those parties.
15. Professional Content Delivery (Day 2)
Day 2 attendees will receive professional photography, videography, and 10 pieces of ad-ready EPK content customized to their brand. Content will be delivered within 30 days following the Event. While we strive for excellence, content quality may vary based on individual circumstances during production. We reserve the right to use these materials for promotional purposes showcasing our work, with your brand appropriately credited.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email. Your continued participation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and the CEO VIP Day Summit regarding your participation in the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
